The U14 "Islanders Team" took part in the adidas U15 cup on Saturday. They progressed from a tough group (which included Rangers) on goal difference and faced arch rivals 'Lucky Mile' in the round of 16. A Colin Ross penalty in the sudden death shoot out sent them through to the quarter finals where they were narrowly beaten 1-0 by Tsuen Wan.
The team were: Colin Ross, Joe Stuart, Rohit Daswani, Jeff Chan, Jack Li, James Chan, Adam Chillingworth, Alfred Poon (C) and Daniel Cavalcante-Chung.
Well done to the team on their great effort in this tough competition. Mention should be made of Adrian Leung who was unwell on the day but who had trained with the team.
